The rental fee for a mobile power bank is 2,000 KRW per day. It can be rented, picked up, and returned at Incheon International Airport and Gimpo International Airport.

As long as there are USB cables in stock, you may rent one for free. Please make the request at the counter (no reservation accepted).
Equipment other than the model you have requested may be provided to you depending on the availability of phones in stock.

A model other than the type you have requested may be provided to you depending on the availability of models in stock.

▪ Return the device and pay the bill
Return the device to a designated airport or branch store (not necessarily the same location where it was picked up). You may ask someone else to return it for you.
A bill of charges shall be provided to you. Please pay the bill with credit card, debit card or in cash (Won only). Chinese RMB is not acceptable.
▪ Points to note
With his or her passport and credit card, a customer may rent as many as 5 routers.
You must use a credit card to pick up the phone. The card must be in your name and its expiration date has to be at least 3 months away.
You may use a credit card without embossed digits and characters. A debit card is not acceptable.
As you return the device, you may pay the bill with credit card, debit card or in cash (KRW only).
If the phone is lost or damaged, a corresponding amount of compensation shall be deducted from your credit card.
▪ Compensation for damages and loss
Router : 150,000~200,000 KRW
Portable power bank : 50,000 KRW
Charger : 10,000 KRW
Case: 10,000 KRW
The amount of price may changed based on situation.
Compensation will be refunded if the devices are returned within 90 days.
Safety guarantee service: Pay an extra 3,000 won per day (tax excluded) during the rental period and can enjoy free after-sale service If there are problems such as device damage. Customers can apply this service at the counter.
Please note that outside service hours, both pick-up and return services are not provided.

Return the device to the counter near the Rest Zone in Departures Hall on 3F, which is open from 6 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. all year.
Q1. Do I need to print out the reservation confirmation letter?
A1. Without a printout, you may show the confirmation image on your phone.
If with neither, you may tell your name and Hanchao order number to the counter clerk.
Q2. If I choose a cross-month rental plan, how long will concessional rates be applicable?
A2. The special offer takes effect on the day the rental begins. Concessional rates are applicable till the return day.
Q3. Can I make a reservation without a credit card?
A3. You must use a credit card to rent a product from us. You may use the card of a person who comes with you, not someone who is not with you.
Even your parents' cards are not acceptable if they are not with you.
Q4. If I pick up the device at one location and return it to another, will it be acceptable?
A4. Pick-up and return places do not need to be the same. Just go to any counter at the airport to return the phone and pay the bill. You do not need to make contact with us beforehand.
Q5. What if I can not get to the counter within service hours to process the rental reservaton?
A5. Outside service hours, no pick-up and return services are provided. If you fail to get to the counter within service hours to process the rental reservation, the reservation shall be cancelled automatically. No cancellation fee shall be incurred.
Q6. May I change the return date?
A6. Please make the request to the counter clerk when processing the rental reservation. If you are already using the device, please contact Hanchao Reservation Center. However, if you return the device earlier than required, you do not need to make contact with us beforehand. The charges shall be calculated according to how many days you have actually used the device.
Q7. May I be informed of the areas wihtout Internet access?
A7. Our Internet services cover 82 cities and towns in South Korea, including subways and freeways in Seoul. But signal reception is weaker in towns, causing problems in connecting to the Internet. Once you have determined where to go and where you will need Wi-Fi services, you can consult KT Service Center or Hanchao Reservation Center about Internet access in those areas.
