Data Limit
After exceeding the 2GB daily data cap, your phone will continue to operate but within a speed limit, which will be lifted at midnight.
The card supports NFC (near-field communication).
【About how to use T-money】
・After the SIM card removed from the card. the remaining part can be used as a T-money card for rides on the subway and for other purposes.
・You need to add credit to your T-money card.
・The remaining balance in the card is refundable, but with a 500 KRW processing fee.

You can pay the bill using a credit card or a debit card issued in South Korea, or in cash (KRW only).
Points to note
Phones locked by Country Lock can not be used overseas. Please ask your service provider to unlock your phone before going abroad.
With your passport and credit card, you can buy an unlimited number of cards.

Return policy
No deposit required for a SIM card
Your reservation shall be cancelled if you fail to show up on the pick-up day.
Once purchased, the card shall not be returned or replaced.

Q1. Do I need to print out the reservation confirmation letter?
A1. Without a printout, you may show us the confirmation image on your phone.
If with neither, you may tell your name and Hanchao order number to the counter clerk.
Q2. Can I make a purchase without a credit card?
A2. If you do not have a credit card, you may use the card of a person who comes with you. That person has to show us his or her passport. You may also pay the bill in KRW or with debit card (issued in South Korea).
Q3. Do I need to print out the discount coupon?
A3.Without a printout, you may show us the coupon image on the phone or its screenshot.
Q4. Do I need to return the SIM card?
A4. You do not need to return the card.
Q5. What if I can not get to the rental counter within services hours? For example, counters at Gimpo International Airport are closed at 11 p.m. What shall I do?
A5. If you fail to get to the counter within service hours, your reservation shall be cancelled automatically. No cancellation shall be incurred.
Q6. May I change the reservation date?
A6.You can cancel the original reservation and make a new one. No processing fee shall be incurred.
