【Pick up】
1.Reserve at Hanchao (one day before the start of a rental). – Bring the discount coupon with you when you place a rental order at the counter.

・Points to note
1)With his or her passport and credit card, a customer can rent 5 phones and routers at most.
2)You must have a credit card to rent a product from us and the expiration date of the card is at least 3 months away. You may use the card of a person who comes with you, but that person must provide his or her pincode.
3)There is no deposit for a rental router, but you still need to show your credit card.
4)A debit card shall not be used to rent a product from us.
5)The deposit must be prepaid with credit card.
6)If you do not show up to pick up the phone on the pick-up day, the reservation shall be cancelled automatically (with no processing fee incurred as a result). If you want to pick up the phone next day, please contact Hanchao Reservation Center.
【Return the device and pay the bill】
Go to an airport of your choice to return the phone (not necessarily the place where you picked up the phone). You may ask someone else to do it for you.

Q1. Do I need to print out the reservation confirmation letter?
A1. Without a printout, you may show the confirmation image on your phone.
If with neither, you may tell your name and Hanchao order number to the counter clerk.
Q2. Can I make a reservation without a credit card?
A2. You must use a credit card to rent a product from us. You may use the card of a person who comes with you. That person must show his or her passport. You must not use the card of a person who is not present at the site. If your parents do not come with you, the credit card of either shall not be accepted.
Q3. If I pick up the deivce at one location and return it to another, will it be acceptable?
A3.Pick-up and return places may not be the same.
You do not need to make contact in advance. Just go to any counter at the airport and pay the bill.
Q4. May I change the return date?
A4. Please make the request to the clerk as processing the rental reservation at the counter. If you are already using the phone, please contact Hanchao Reservation Center. However, if you return the phone earlier than required, there is no need to make contact in advance. The charges shall be calculated according to how many days you have actually used the phone.
If you want to change the commencement date of a rental you have reserved, the phone number that has been made known to you in advance may become unavailable for you to us. We apologize for it.
Q5. Do I need to print out the discount coupon?
A5. You may choose to show the coupon image on your phone.
Q6. Counters at Gimpo International Airport are closed at 11 p.m. What if I can not make it?
A6. If you can not show up within service hours at the counter to process the rental reservation, the reservation shall be automatically cancelled. No cancellation fee shall be incurred.
