▪ Notice of Temporary Service Suspension Due to COVID-19, service counters at Gimpo Airport, Gimhae International Airport (Busan), Jeju Airport, Daegu Airport, Busan Port International Passenger Terminal are temporarily closed until further notice. Service counter located between Gate 9 and 10 in Arrivals Hall on 1F, Incheon International Airport Terminal 1 is temporarily closed from March 23. Please visit the one located between Gate 4 and 5 to return the device. Service counter located between Gate 4 and 5 in Arrivals Hall on 1F, Incheon International Airport Terminal 2 is temporarily closed. 【Return the phone and pay the bill】
Get it done at a designated airport counter (not necessarily the same location where you picked up the phone). You may ask someone else to do it for you.
Please pay the bill with credit card, debit card or in cash (KRW only). Chinese RMB is not acceptable.
※If the total amount does not exceed 2,000 KRW, the bill can only be paid with cash.

【Points to note】
*Only embossed credit cards or debit cards are accepted as the means to pay the deposit and bill.
*With your passport and credit card, you can rent an unlimited number of phones. A debit card can not be used in place of a credit card.
*Credit card pre-authorization will allow us to debit funds, including rental fees or compensation, from your credit card if you do not return the phone on the return day.
*You must show your credit card as renting a feature phone.
*If you do not have a credit card, you shall not be able to rent a phone from us. You must be the cardholder, and the expiration date of which needs to be at least 3 months away. You may rent a phone with the credit card of a person who comes with you. That person must show his or her passport.
*If you fail to pick up the phone on the pick-up day and want to pick it up next day, you need to contact Reservation Center. The reservation for Incheon International Airport shall be cancelled after 5 a.m. next day.

Phone: 30,000 to 170,000 KRW(depending on phone model)
Battery: 20,000 KRW each

Q1. Do I need to print out the reservation confirmation letter?
A1. Without a printout, you may show the reservation confirmation image on your phone.
If with neither, you may tell your name and Hanchao order number to the counter clerk.

Q2. If I choose a cross-month rental plan, how long will concessional rates be applicable?
A2. The special offer takes effect from the day your rental starts till the return day.

Q3. Can I make a reservation without a credit card?
A3. You must use a credit card to rent a phone from us. You may use the card of a person who comes with you, not someone who is not present at the site.
If your parents are not with you, even their credit cards are not acceptable.

Q4. If I pick up the phone at one location and return it to another, will it be acceptable?
A4. Pick-up and return places may not be the same.
You do not need to contact in advance. Just go to any counter at the airport and pay the bill.

Q5. May I change the return date?
A5. Please make the request to the counter clerk when processing the rental reservation. If you are already using the phone, you may contact Hanchao Reservation Center. However, if you return the phone earlier than required, you do not need to make any contact at all. The charges shall be calculated according to how many days you have actually used the phone.
If you want to change the start date of your order after a successful reservation, you may end up being unable to use the phone number that has been made known to you in advance. We apologize for it.

Q6. Do I need to print out the discount coupon?
A6. The special offer is still valid as long as you can show the coupon image on your mobile phone or tablet computer.

Q7. Counters at Gimpo International Airport are closed at 11 p.m. What if I can't make it?
A7. If you can't show up at the counter to process the rental reservation within service hours, the reservation shall be cancelled automatically. No cancellation fee shall be incurred.
