【Participation conditions】
●This ticket is only available for foreigners(non-Korean) only, Korean customers cannot buy this ticket.
●All participants must present their passport(Copies available).
※Customers who do not bring their passport or Alien Registration Card(Copies available) cannot join this tour.
●Korean customers will be refuse for entry once founded.
【About concert】
●Standing area available only.
●Admission time for standing area: 15:30(estimated)
●The viewing area and the admission number are randomly assigned on the same day, cannot be designated in advance.
●The viewing area may change depending on the event organizer.
●Recording will be conduct on the same day, please noticed that cameras or stage props, etc., may affect viewers in some locations to watch the show.
●No refund or seat changing available after redeeming.
●The organizer will not be responsible for any loss of tickets. Cannot be redeemed twice and no refund will be given. (Tickets cannot be reissued)
●If the name of the subscriber and the actual participant are inconsistent, the ticket will be invalidated. It is impossible to refund the cost.
●When there are more than 2 people attend this course, there are possibilities may be assigned separately.
【Inside the venue】
●No food is allowed in the venue.(Bottle water is available)
●Photographing and video shooting are prohibited in the venue.
●There may have security check when entering the venue.
●Items that may endanger the safety of others will be prohibited from being carried.
• For example: fireworks, glass bottles, tin cans, glass, sharp objects, firecrackers, firearms, tools, blades, medicines, etc.
●Entry is not available after the show starts.
【Others】
●According to the situation of the organizer or artists, the performance schedule may be changed.
●Due to the physical condition and other circumstances of the performers, the lineup may change, and refunds due to changes of lineup may not be accepted.
●Dinner and other personal expenses are not included.
●Please follow the instructions of the staff. Customers may be deny for entry while not following the instruction. In addition, please also comply with the requirements of the staff in the venue. Hanchao and the organizer will not take any responsibility for accidents that occur when customers do not follow the instruction
