【On arrival at Gimpo International Airport】



1. Take the elevator next to "Woori Bank" on 1F to reach B1.
2. Take the moving walkway and head for the Airport Railroad Platform.
3. Head for the Airport Railroad Platform.



4. Turn left at the Airport Railroad Platform near Airport Exit 4.
5. The "Travel Center" is right next to the ticket barrier.


【When departing from Gimpo International Airport】



1. Upon disembarking from Airport Railroad (B1), take the elevator up to 1F.
2. Go up another level.
3. The "Travel Center" is to the left of the ticket barrier.

・Luggage delivery times: 08:00 ~ 11:00 for same-day delivery ※Please be punctual※
・Luggage pick-up times: 19:00 ~ 21:00 for same-day delivery
・Location: Near No.5 Exit, Airport Railroad Hongik Univ. Station B2(Near the Staff Room)
※ The Hongik Univ. Station Travel Center is located within the ticket barrier. If you will not be taking the subway then contact the subway staff for access without a ticket.

*By booking this service, customers consent to the following terms and conditions .


【Required information when booking】
1. Hotel name (drop-off or pick-up)
2. The name used for hotel reservation(English name)
※Information such as the telephone number and email address that will be filled in as the representative's contact information in STEP1 will be sent to the organizer.
※Please indicate below if the person staying at the hotel is different from the person applying for luggage delivery services.。

■ Luggage Sizes
[Small] Sum of the height, width and length is less than 90 cm. (e.g. Backpacks, shopping bags)
[Medium] Sum of the height, width and length is less than 115 cm. (e.g. Boarding case)
[Large] Sum of the height, width and length is less than 158 cm. (e.g. Travel luggage)
[X-Large] Sum of the height, width and length is greater than 158 cm. (e.g. Golf bags)

【Prohibited Items】
Items that are vulnerable to damage or corrosion, high-valued personal electronics such as laptops, cameras, tablets, cash, precious metals, securities, contracts, passports, personal identification, keys, antiques and other items of uncertain value.

※ Additional fees apply if the luggage is not picked up by the customer during the specified time.
※ Luggage will discarded if it is not picked up 30 days after the specified date.
※ Maximum compensation for lost luggage is 500,000 Won. ("Travel Store" is liable for basic compensation except loss or damage that is made intentional or due to special conditions).

【Exclusions】
- No compensation if the luggage is damaged due to over-weight or over-packed situations ( including damage or loss of luggage or contents)
- No compensation for slight scratches, smears or dents that occur during normal handling of goods.
- No compensation for damage due to unresistible factors.
- No compensation if there is no detailed list of luggage contents provided by customers.
- No compensation for loss or damage of stuff inside of the luggage.

【Others】
※No luggage delivery service to hotel that is not actually staying.
※Hotels with no searching results are undeliverable hotel.
※[B ZONE] hotels marked in the hotel searching list (Gangnam-gu, Jiangxi-gu, Gwangjin-gu, Yeouido) only provide ★ daytime services.
※Any potential loss or damage of luggage contents must be declared in advance. Delivery may be canceled based on the content of the declaration.
※ Service may be delayed or even canceled due to traffic conditions or express train operating times on the day.
※Please present the hotel [Booking confirmation] when handling luggage at the airport counter.
※Service is restricted to hotels in Seoul (hostels are excluded). Please note that luggage delivery may not be available for some hotels.

Cancel Policy

・2 days before participating day: 50% of the travel/performance payment
・0~1 day before participating day: 100% of the travel/performance payment

※ The rules above apply to reservation change (participating date and number of participants). Please take note of it.
※ Cancellation requests submitted during the non-business hours of the Hanchao Reservation Center will be treated as submitted on the next business day.
※ If the customer cancels an order paid for with Alipay because of a sudden change of mind, he or she has to be charged 3% of the payment for the travel/performance as a processing fee. It is based on Alipay overseas service policy.
※ An order can not be cancelled if the cancellation request is made too many days after the payment: over 80 days if you paid with Alipay, over 180 days if you paid with UnionPay, over 90 days if you paid with WeChat Pay and over 1 year if you paid with credit card.
