【Return the device and pay the bill】
Go to a designated airport or branch store (not necessarily the same location where you picked up the phone) and pay the bill. You may ask someone else to return the phone for you.
A bill of charges shall be provided at the counter. Please pay with credit card or in KRW. Chinese RMB is not acceptable.
【Points to note】
With his or her passport and credit card, a customer can rent an unlimited number of devices.
Only embossed credit cards or debit cards are accepted as the means to pay the deposit and bill.
You need a credit card to rent a product from us. You must be the card holder and the expiration date of the card must be at least 3 months away. You may use the card of a person who comes with you. That person must show his or her passport.
Credit card pre-authorization will enable an automatic debiting of funds from your credit card as rental fees and compensation for the device you fail to return on the return day.

Q1. Do I need to print out the reservation confirmation letter?
A1. Without a printout, you may show the reservation confirmation image on your phone.
If with neither, you may tell your name and Hanchao order number to the counter clerk.
Q2. If I choose a cross-month rental plan, how long can concessional rates be applicable?
A2. The special offer shall take effect from the starting day of the rental till the return day.
Q3. Can I make a reservation without a credit card?
A3. You must use a credit card to rent a product from us. You may use the credit card of a person who comes with you, not someone who is not present at the site.
If you parents are not with you, even their credit cards are not acceptable.
Q4. If I pick up the phone at one location and return it to another, will it be acceptable?
A4. Pick-up and return places may not be the same.
You do not need to make any contact in advance. Just go to any counter at the airport and pay the bill.
Q5. May I change the return date?
A5. You need to make the request to the counter clerk when processing the rental reservation. If you are already using the phone, please contact Hanchao Reservation Center.
However, if you return the phone earlier than required, you do not need to make any contact in advance. The charges shall be calculated according to how many days you have actually used the phone.
Q6. Do I need to print out the discount coupon?
A6. You may also show the coupon image on your mobile phone or tablet computer.
Q7. Counters at Gimpo International Airport are closed at 11 p.m. What if I can't make it?
A7. If you can't show up at the counter to process the rental reservation within service hours, the reservation shall be cancelled automatically. No processing fee shall be incurred.
